Michael J. O’Connor announced the addition of lawyer David A. Miller to the Law Firm of Michael J. O’Connor & Associates. In practice since 2002, Miller has a strong background in Workers’ Compensation. Miller began his career as an associate practicing at Hartman, Hartman, Howe & Allerton, P.C., Reading, Pa. He then started his own practice; the Law Office of David A. Miller, Esquire, Reading, Pa. Most recently, and before joining Michael J. O’Connor & Associates, Miller was an associate at Mintzer, Sarowitz, Zeris, Ledva & Meyers, LLP, located in Philadelphia, Pa.
Miller received his Bachelors of Arts degree at Albright College, Reading, Pennsylvania. With a major in Political Science, Miller received honors and was regularly on the Dean’s List. While attending Albright College, Miller was the Captain of the Men’s Varsity Baseball team and was a Brother and Philanthropy Chair in the fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Miller then went on to Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2002. Miller was a participant in the Theodore Reimel Moot Court Competitions, was a student recruiter for the Corporate Law Society and served a Judicial Externship in the U.S.D.C. for the District of Delaware under Hon. Gregory M. Sleet.
Miller is currently a member of the Berks County Young Professionals Network, Vice Chairman of the Cumru Township Park and Recreation Board of Directors and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Association.
