Frackvile, PA, March 30, 2006: Attorney Michael J. O'Connor, secretary of the Workers' Compensation Law and Advocacy Group, recently spoke at the Annual Worker's Compensation Seminar, on March 10, 2006, at Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, Idaho.
The one-day seminar, hosted by the Workers' Compensation Section of the Idaho State Bar covered present country-wide issues surrounding worker's compensation. In his presentation, entitled "National Issues in Worker's Compensation Law", Attorney O'Connor discussed current concerns of worker's compensation systems throughout the United States. Specific state systems in distress were highlighted during his lecture.
