The two components to each Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating are legal ability and general ethical standards. The first component takes into consideration the standard of professional ability in the area of practice of workers' compensation which Attorney O'Connor practices, his expertise, and his other professional qualifications. The legal ability rating can be one of three categories. A rating of "A" is very high to preeminent, a "B" is high to very high, and a "C" is good to high. The second component denotes adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria to the discharge of the professional responsibilities. The general recommendation rating is "V" meaning very high.
