Dufallo Speaker at Las Vegas Conference
(Las Vegas, Nevada). Attorney Paul J. Dufallo, a native of Hazleton, was a speaker during the 2004 National CLE Conference hosted by Workplace Litigation Group (WILG) on March 26-28, 2004 in Las Vegas. According to their website, "the Workplace Litigation Group is the national non-profit membership organization dedicated to representing the interests of millions of workers and their families who, each year, suffer the consequences of workplace injuries and illnesses. The group acts principally to assist attorneys and non-profit groups in advocating the rights of injured workers through education, communication, research, and information gathering."
The theme of the conference was "Delivering Justice in Workers' Compensation: New Claims, Defense and Legal Theories". During the conference, Attorney Dufallo spoke about "Dealing with Vocational Counselors". He discussed their qualifications including education and certification, reviewed the procedure and topics covered during the interview, and talked about preparing the client for the interview.
